About Us

We are very proud to have opened The Wall Doctor in 1986.  Starting as primarily a Wallpaper store we have grown to be the largest in the state of Vermont.  

Window Treatments have been the largest growth category.  We are a full Hunter Douglas Showcase Dealership and carry their complete line of award winning products.

No job would be complete without the finishing touches of a window valance, cornice or full drapes.

JUDY

My beloved wife passed away at the end of 2019. We will continue on the business despite the enormity of our loss.  Judy was a friend to everyone she met  and will be remembered  as one of the nicest and most generous people on the planet.

BILL

Blinds and shades are Bill's specialty.  He can help you understand the numerous options and great products that are available

KATHY

She comes to us from a wallpaper background and has a great eye for color.  Kathy is our head seamstress.

KATHI 

She came to us after a career in education.  She is a natural when it comes to making your home look greater than you thought possible.  Has stepped up and handling much of Judy's work load. 

MEL (Mary Ellen)

She has been an enormous help, joining the team to help after Judy's passing.  Very good with color combinations with the goal of making your home something you can be very proud of.
